5. Recipients and external services

• Telegram Bot API receives the request content so it can be delivered to AUTOREG staff. Telegram processing is governed by its Privacy Policy.
• The hosting provider and technical contractors may process server logs or receive limited access required to maintain and protect the website.
• Public authorities may receive data where disclosure is required by applicable law.

Telegram and WhatsApp are international services, so data may be processed outside Spain or the European Economic Area. Before opening these services or submitting the form, please review their terms and privacy settings.

6. Retention and security

Requests and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond, prepare a quote, and continue the requested interaction, and afterwards only for the period required by law, accounting obligations, or the defence of claims. Technical-log retention depends on hosting and security settings and is limited to a reasonably necessary period.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: form fields are validated and sanitised, submissions are protected by a WordPress nonce, the Telegram bot token is kept server-side, and access to received requests is restricted. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Where provided by applicable law, you may:

• request information about and access to your personal data;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request erasure or restriction of processing;
• object to processing and receive data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
